Abstract: Based on the theory of elasticity and the analysis about the stress acting on drill collar threads,the model for calculating the threads load caused by making up of torque,the action of axial force and the hydraulic pressure is established.Using the model,the stress distribution on drill collar threads is analyzed in detail,and the methods to improve stress conditions of a collar connection and the steps to minimize stress focus are also presented.

摘要: 根据弹性力学理论,通过对钻铤接头螺纹的受力分析,分别建立了上扣扭矩、轴向外载和内外水压力作用下的螺纹载荷计算模型.依据此模型,详细分析了钻铤螺纹的载荷分布规律,提出了改进钻铤接头受力状态,减少应力集中的主要措施.
