影响产量递减率的因素与减缓递减的途径

Abstract: In previous paper,main emphasis was laid on the law of different production decline patterns,but rarely on the factors affecting production decline rate.This paper however,is concentrated on affecting factors and derived relevant equations.The affecting factors include production rate,pattern density,geologic overall coefficient,mobility thickness product,composite water cut,production time,formation pressure,bottom hole flowing pressure,relative mobility thickness product and viscosity ratio of water oil,drainage radius,skin factor and predicting reserves.At the same time,the approaches to relieving decline rate in accordance with actual situation were put forward and how far each factor can affect production decline rate was discussed.It is proposed that analysis of decline rate and affecting factors should be regarded as one of important means of oil field performance analysis.Therefore,controlling production decline rate actively with theoretical basis and practical possibility were provided.Two historical calculation cases were listed.Using the equation derived in the paper,how far each relevant factor can affect production decline rate can be analyzed more accurately.Besides,solutions to further relieving production decline and tapping the production potential can be made.Two case histories proved that approaches to relieving decline rate presented in the paper are an effective in practice.

摘要: 以往的研究主要侧重于不同类型的产量递减规律,而对影响产量递减率的因素很少深入研究.文中分析研究了影响产量递减率的因素,主要是采油速度、井网密度、地质综合系数、流动系数、生产时间、地层压力、井底流动压力、综合含水、相对流动系数及油水粘度比、供给半径、表皮系数与动用储量等,并推导出相应的公式.结合油田实际,提出了减缓产量递减率的途径;对各因素的影响程度进行了讨论,提出应将递减率及各影响因素的分析作为油田动态分析的重要内容之一.为油田开发工作者能动地控制产量递减率提供了理论依据与实际可能.实例计算结果与通用计算公式计算的结果相近;但运用本文所推导的产量递减率公式可较准确地分析相关因素影响程度,并可提出进一步减缓递减、挖掘潜力的方向.说明该方法是行之有效的.
