动力压井法理论及适用条件的分析

Abstract:

Dynamic kill method is one of the unconventional well control techniques,which mainly depends on the loss of annular pressure to balance formation pressure.The essential is the well bottom flow pressure should be larger or equals to the formation pressure,but not over the fracture pressure.With comprehensive study on the conditions and influenced factors indicated that dynamic kill is a simple,safe and fast well control method,it can solve many blowout and kick problems which conventional well control techniques based on vertical well regarding "pumping model" as basic theory can not solve.The application of dynamic kill method is restricted by the conditions of formation pressure and field pump.The judgment formulas is provided to determine the application of dynamic kill method.Some practical measurements and suggestions are put forward over the above restrictions.

摘要:

动力压井法是隶属于非常规井控的一种压井方法,主要是借助于环空流动压降来平衡地层压力,其实质就是使井底流动压力大于或等于地层压力而不超过地层破裂压力.通过全面分析其应用条件和影响因素表明,动力压井法是一种简便、安全、快捷的压井方法,它能解决现有的建立在直井基础上以”泵送模式“作为基本理论的常规压井方法(司钻法和工程师法)所不能处理的许多井喷和溢流问题.动力压井法的应用受到地层压力和现场机泵等条件的限制,根据地层压力和地层破裂压力的关系,得出了动力压井法能否应用的综合判别式,对于现场机泵条件的限制,提出了许多切实可行的措施和建议.
