小尺寸单牙轮钻头轴承设计研究

Abstract: By the application of the finite element method, the mechanical models of the bearing of small size mono-cone bits have been established,and the concrete equation of the distribution load P(θ) is derived in the region of the bearing contacting with conebit, and the mono-cone bit bearing design of the conventional concentrating load method is broken through, at the same time, the paper gives the series of the structure dimensions of the small size mono-cone bit and their yielding weight and design weight.

摘要: 目前,在我国单牙轮钻头的结构设计还没有标准系列,因此本文应用有限元法,建立了小尺寸单牙轮钻头轴承的力学模型,并推导出了轴承与牙轮接触区域的分布载荷p(θ)的具体表达式,突破了常规的集中载荷法的钻头轴承设计。文中所建立的有限元力学模型,可对轴承内部的应力进行详细地分析,并能确定出轴承内的危险点及危险区域,为轴承强度设计提供理论依据。同时文中给出了轴倾角β=30°时,小尺寸单牙轮钻头结构尺寸系列及其相应的屈服钻压和设计钻压。
