Abstract: Many laboratory studies showed that kaolinite and illite are dissolved and quartz can be decomposed in strong alkaline steam condensation water under high temperature.Kaolinite,illite are transformed into smectite.Adding some inorganic salts into boiler feed water and adjusting pH of steam condensation water can inhibit distinctly the transforming of caly mineral and dissolving of quartz,respectively.Steam additive,for example,NH4Cl,can prevent quartz from dissolving and clay from transforming in high temperature.

摘要: 通过各项室内试验研究表明:高温下强碱性的蒸汽冷凝水使高岭石、伊利石分解和石英溶解,且高岭石、伊利石向蒙皂石转化;锅炉供水中添加无机盐和调整蒸汽冷凝液的pH值分别对粘土矿物转化和石英溶解有明显的抑制作用;蒸汽添加剂如NH4Cl的添加对高温下石英溶解和粘土转化有抑制作用.
