油气管道失效抗力指标与技术要求的探讨

Abstract: In view of the main failure modes and failure criterion of pipelines,the mechanical property of pipeline's requirements adopting fracture mechanics as designing methods and also the importance of controlling of the ration of yield strength to tensile strength, the toughness requirements of the pipelines were disscussed in detail.It showed that the property requirement for pipeline could be different when adopting different designing criterion,and the technical specification of pipeline should be developed in purpose of the largest value of property combination of materials. When using YBB criterion, the best property combination is KICy; it takes when adopting LBB criterion. The pipeline's toughness requirement to prevent plastic collapse is also presented.

摘要: 从油气输送管的主要失效模式和失效抗力指标出发,讨论了采用以断裂力学为主的设计准则时对管道材料的性能要求,并对控制材料屈强比的意义和油气输送管的韧性要求进行了详细讨论.作者认为,采用不同设计准则时,对其性能要求应有所不同,在制定管道材料技术规范时,应以获得高的最佳性能指标组合值为依据.采用YBB设计准则时的最佳性能指标组合为KICy,采用LBB设计准则时的最佳性能指标组合为KIC2y.文中给出了与塑性失稳对应的管道材料韧性要求.
