输油管道在线修复开挖长度优化方法

Abstract: In order to improve digging efficiency of repairing oil pipeline on-line,an optimization method for digging length is studied by combining FEM and genetic algorithm.On the base of considering actual limited types,digging length of repairing pipeline,soil characteristics along pipeline's distribution and other correlative factors which effect the security of digging pipeline,a mechanical model for digging pipeline is founded.An optimization mathematical model is set up whose objective function is maximum digging length of overhauling pipeline,and limited conditions are strength constraint,stability constraint,digging length constraint,etc.And it's solved by adopting genetic algorithm.An engineering calculation example indicates that the method given in this paper can ensure that pipelines are safely repaired on-line.

摘要: 以提高输油管道在线修复开挖效率为目的,进行了有限元法与遗传算法相结合的开挖长度优化方法研究.在充分考虑管线的实际约束形式、修复开挖段的长度、沿管线分布的土壤特性等相关因素的基础上,建立了管道在线修复开挖时的力学模型.以最大修复开挖长度为目标函数,强度约束、稳定性约束、开挖长度约束等为约束条件,建立了管道在线修复开挖长度优化数学模型,并采用遗传算法进行了求解.工程实例计算表明,采用本文介绍的方法,能够在确保输油管道安全的前提下进行在线修复.
