滩、浅海固定设施冰载荷的研究

Abstract: Ice conditions must be identified first before designing an offshore structure in ice-infested waters, and the corresponding ice loads on the structure be estimated both in designing a new installation and in assessing the safety of an existing structure.This paper presents the study of ice loads on the installations in shallow-waters of Bohai Gulf.An ice load estimating equation is proposed for single ice sheet acting on vertical circular piles based on the comparison of the existing formulas.This equation includes the main influential factors having exact physical meanings and its results exhibit the best approximation of the mean values calculated by all the well-known formulas.As a result,a guideline for ice conditions and ice loads on fixed installations in shallow-waters of Bohai Gulf is recommended.

摘要: 随着我国浅海地区石油勘探与开发的蓬勃发展,滩、浅海固定设施在海冰环境中的安全日益突出,对这些地区海冰环境特别是冰的特性参数和冰对结构作用力的研究迫在眉睫.本文在研究和分析国内外冰力计算公式的基础上,给出了一个单桩平整冰的冰力计算公式,该公式物理意义明确,考虑了影响冰力的主要因素,是目前全面反映冰对结构物作用的一个冰力计算公式,它同时与现行规范标准上推荐的公式接近,工程上容易接受,且其计算结果最接近于冰力计算的统计平均值.
