冲旋钻井机械钻速仿真研究

Abstract: It is difficult to calculate the penetration rate(ROP) of percussion drilling.According to the dynamic model,the geometric structure model and the theory of roller cone bit,the mathematical models for hammer bit and true bottom hole as well as the mathematical model between tooth and rock of hammer bit were established.Hence,the penetration rate of the percussion drilling bit can be predicted by simulation.Field tests show that the models are reliable and the simulated results are coincident with the data of field.The research is helpful to design hammer bit and optimize drilling parameters.

摘要: 结合三牙轮钻头有关的理论,建立了冲旋钻井钻头的真实数学模型、真实井底模型和钻头牙齿与井底岩石互作用模型,用计算机仿真方法预测出了冲旋钻井机械钻速.应用结果表明,该模型可靠,计算结果与实际机械钻速基本一致,这些仿真模型可用于冲旋钻头优化设计和钻井参数的优选.
