Corrosion inhibitor resistant to carbon dioxide and its inhibiting mechanism

抑制二氧化碳腐蚀的缓蚀剂及其缓蚀机理研究

Abstract: The corrosion inhibitor JS resistant to carbon dioxide corrosion was selected by means of weight-loss method,electrochemical polarization curve in the corrosion medium,X-ray photoelectron spectrometry and scanning electron microscope.The electrochemical property of JS resistant to carbon dioxide corrosion was investigated.The shape pattern and the products on the surface of N80 steel after corroded by carbon dioxide and adding JS inhibitor were analyzed.The inhibiting mechanism of JS inhibitor was researched.The experiment result shows that the compounded system of mayor inhibitor JB and the assistant inhibitor SM has good coordinate effects and corrosion resistance to carbon dioxide,because of three-layer products produced on the surface of N80 steel.

摘要: 采用失重法、电化学极化曲线、X射线光电子能谱分析及扫描电镜,筛选出了能抑制二氧化碳腐蚀的缓蚀体系JS.研究了JS抑制二氧化碳腐蚀的电化学特征,分析了腐蚀前、后及加入缓蚀体系JS后N80钢的表面形貌及表面产物,探讨了JS的缓蚀机理.结果表明,由主剂JB和辅剂SM组成的复配缓蚀体系有良好的协同作用,产物膜有3层,能抑制二氧化碳对N80钢的腐蚀.
