Experimental research on the pressure variation of the constant-rate reciprocating pump

恒流量往复泵压力变化规律实验研究

Abstract: The tertiary oil recovery technology with polymer flooding has been applied broadly.According to the requirement of the technology,a new type of reciprocating pump with cam-drive mechanism resulting in the constant flow was designed.The experimental facility for the constant-rate reciprocating pump was set up.The pressure signals of each hydraulic cylinder and the suction and discharge pressure signals in the master pipeline were acquired under different working conditions.The actual working performance of the pump was demonstrated with ADS software of data acquisition and processing system.The tested result shows that there is a little fluctuation of pressure in the total pipeline of suction and discharge,because of the influence of various factors.In order to improve the design,manufacture and usage of the constant-rate reciprocating pump,a lot of factors affecting the pressure performance of the constant-rate reciprocating pump were found,as compared with theoretical analysis.

摘要: 随着以注聚合物驱油为主的三次采油工艺措施的推广应用,作为该项工艺中的重要设备,注入泵的应用研究也越来越引起人们的重视。针对注聚合物驱油的工艺要求,研制了新型凸轮机构恒流量往复泵。建立了恒流量往复泵的实验台,用ADS数据采集软件包分别采集了不同工况下各缸压力信号和总管内的吸入与排出压力信号,真实地反映泵的实际工作性能。从吸入总管和排出总管内压力测试结果看出,吸入和排出总管内压力波动较小,变化曲线基本上为一条直线。但随着泵压的升高,在泵的吸入和排出总管内,仍然存在一定的压力波动。通过与理论分析相比较,找出了影响恒流量往复泵压力特性的因素,以便更好地设计、生产和使用恒流量往复泵。
