An interpretation method for permeability based on flow units and its applicability

分流动单元精确求取储层渗透率的方法

Abstract: The conventional interpretation method for permeability was based on exponential relation, which neglected the difference of filtrate character among different flow units and lacked reliability. An integrated interpretation method for permeability of different flow units was proposed. The different expressions of permeability were established by the use of Kozeny-Carman equation. In consideration of log interpretation, the partition and distinguish of flow units were made by the statistical ways such as cluster analysis and regression analysis. The mathematical models for determining permeability were established. Two indexes for evaluating permeability were presented on the contrast of error between the new method and conventional method. The integrated interpretation method was successively applied in some districts of Daqing Oilfield.

摘要: 针对以孔渗间的指数关系为模型来解释渗透率时可靠程度不高的问题,提出了一套完整的分流动单元求取储层渗透率的方法。考虑到层内不同流动单元渗流特征的差异性,根据Kozeny-Carman方程,建立了不同流动单元渗透率的表达形式。依据测井解释流程,应用聚类分析、回归分析和判别分析等统计学方法,完成了流动单元的划分和识别。在建立渗透率模型后,通过与常规方法的误差比较,引出了2个新指标,对新方法的适用性进行了客观评价。该方法在大庆油田某区块应用取得了成功。
