Experimental study on drilling fluid additive JLX—B for inhibiting natural gas hydrate formation

钻井液添加剂JLX—B抑制天然气水合物形成的实验研究

Abstract:

A full suite of experimental facilities for simulating the conditions of deep-water borehole was used to analyze natural gas hydrate in pure water-methane system.A basic comparison system was established,and a series of laboratory experiments on inhibiting to natural gas hydrate formation by adding additive JLX-B into drilling fluid were carried out.The time-pressure curves of additive JLX-B under different additive concentration and same additive concentration at the different initial pressure were obtained.The experimental result showed that the drilling fluid could be added a certain additive JLX-B to delay the formation of natural gas hydrate in deep-water drilling process.If the amount of additive JLX-B is permitted,the more the amount of additive JLX-B is,the better the inhibition is.

摘要:

利用模拟深水井筒条件的实验设备,对纯水-甲烷体系中的天然气水合物进行了实验,建立了基础对比体系,并对钻井泥浆添加剂JLX-B抑制天然气水合物形成的作用进行了室内实验,得到了聚合醇JLX-B在不同浓度和相同浓度不同初始压力下的温压曲线.实验结果表明,在深水钻井用的钻井液中加入一定质量分数的聚合醇类处理剂JLX-B,可以延迟天然气水合物的形成.在添加剂量允许的条件下,加入质量越多,抑制效果越明显.
