Theoretical model and field test of intermittent heat injection in the middle and late stage of steam flooding

蒸汽驱中—后期间歇注热理论模型与现场试验

Abstract:

In the middle and late stage of steam flooding, intermittent heat (steam)injection is an effective recovery technique when the steam zone has covered the whole area of the target reservoir. However, there is few related theoretical research report regarding the intermittent period and intermittent heat injection rate. Based on the Neuman steam flooding theory, the downward steam flooding concept is used to establish equations for the decreasing heat injection rate and steam zone volume when the steam coverage area is kept constant after steam breakthrough in the middle and late stages of steam flooding. On this basis, this study establishes the intermittent time equation and restarting heat injection rate equation for intermittent heat injection in the middle and late stages of steam flooding. Taking Qi 40 block of Liaohe oilfield as an example, calculations are carried out with the established theoretical equations, and the results are well consistent with the actual field test results. According to the results of this study, the main technical parameters for the onsite intermittent heat injection steam flooding are recommended as follows:the ratio of injection/stop time is 1:1; the injection stop time is appropriately 30 days, no more than 40 days; the restarting heat injection rate is 1.2-1.5 times of the average heat injection rate of the previous continuous steam flooding.

摘要:

在蒸汽驱中-后期,蒸汽带覆盖面积达到目标油藏区域时,间歇注热(汽)是一种有效的开采技术,但关于间歇周期、间歇注热速率等的相关理论研究较少。采用下行式蒸汽驱概念模型,在Neuman蒸汽驱理论的基础上,建立了蒸汽驱中-后期蒸汽突破后蒸汽带覆盖面积保持恒定条件下的热量递减注入速率方程和蒸汽带体积方程,进而建立了蒸汽驱中-后期间歇注热的间歇时间方程和恢复注热时的注热速率方程。以辽河油田齐40区块为例,利用间歇注热理论方程进行计算,计算结果与实际油田现场试验结果吻合较好。根据研究结果,建议现场实施间歇注热蒸汽驱的主要技术参数是注/停时间比为1:1,停注时间为30 d (最多不超过40 d),恢复注热时的注热速率为前期连续蒸汽驱注热速率平均值的1.2~1.5倍。
