络合法铂锡催化剂的特性及脱氢性能的研究

摘要: 铂、锡双金属催化剂可用于从长链烷烃脱氢制取单烯烃。在我们的工作中发现相同组成的铂锡催化剂通过改变制备方法,加强铂、锡的相互作用,对于提高这种脱氢催化剂的稳定性有很大影响。我们采用Mossbauer能谱、程序升温脱附和反应动力学等方法,研究不同方法制备的铂锡催化剂的表面结构和反应性能。研究证明通过络合制备的铂锡催化剂,铂和锡的相互作用加强,反应活化能提高,催化剂稳定性也大幅度地提高。这种催化剂在长链烷烃脱氢方面已获得良好的结果。

Abstract: The Pt-Sn catalysts with the -Al2O3 support have been used as the cata lyst for the dehydrogenation of long chain n-paraffins to produce mono olefins. It had been found in our investigation that the catalyst prepared by a new method to improve the interaction between Pt and Sn has higher sta bilities than those by conventional method with the same composition of Pt and Sn. In order to characterizing the surface structures and the reaction properties of these catalysts, the characteristics of two Pt-Sn catalysts pre pared by different methods were studied by means of the M(ssbauer spe ctroscopy, TPD of H2, and reaction kinetics study of cyclohexane dehydroge nation. These experiments give the evidence that the interaction between Pt and Sn may be improved, if the catalyst is prepared by complex method. The stabilities of these catalysts are obviously enhanced, as well as the ene rgy of activation of dehydrogenation are much higher than the catalyst pre pared with the conventional method. These results show that this type of catalysts will be superior than the conventional commercial Pt-Sn catalysts if they are used in the process of mono-olefin production.
