摘要: 井眼轨道控制技术正在由常规型控制系统向自控型控制系统发展;本文把工程控制论的观点引入井眼轨道控制技术研究领域,提出了一些新概念,定义了井眼轨道控制系统是由钻头和井底钻具组合组成,说明了井眼轨道控制过程中的干扰因素与反馈回路.在分析井眼轨道控制系统控制原理和反映其检测及校正被控制量的手段时,把井眼轨道控制过程分为钻井过程和工艺过程井眼轨道控制,阐明了发展遥控型和自控型井眼轨道控制系统的技术途径,对开发遥控型和自控型井眼轨道控制系统具有重要的指导意义.

Abstract: Automatic control system is a direction to develop control technology of bit trajectory.The views of engineering cybernetics are introduced into the research domain of bit trajectory control technology in the paper.Some new concepts are advanced.Control system of bit trajectory,which consists of bit and bottom hole assembly,is defined.Disturbing factors and feedback circuit in drilling are explained.Control process of bit trajectory is divided into drilling and technological processes to analyse,the control principle and to demonstrate the way of checking and aligning of bit trajectory control systems.The technical ways are clarified to develop remote and automatic control systems of bit trajectory,which has an important guide meaning.
