Abstract: In order to increase the yield of aromatics (BTX) produced by the catalytic reforming plant,based on the principles of thermodynamics and kinetics,a series of experiments have been made in a pilot plant.Then the commercial plant has been modified accordingly.After long operation,the new process is accepted for its better yields,longer service life and lower energy consumption.
摘要: 大庆石油化工总厂催化重整装置是在1965年12月建成投产的.这是根据我国自己的研究成果,并经过中型放大试验后建成的我国第一套铂重整—芳烃抽提联合装置.十五年来运转正常.装置主要目的是为了生产苯、甲苯和二甲苯,而不是为了生产高辛烷值的车用汽油组分.因此重整反应生成油直接进行芳烃抽提,所得的芳烃再经自土精制和精馏后,即得合格的苯、甲苯和二甲苯商品.
