Abstract: The drift method can effectively increase the fatigue strength of the link plates of roller chains.Tests and analyses show that for the 1(1/2")roller chains, the reasonable parameters used in drifting should make the hoop plastic strain εθ of the hole rand of the outer link plate to be 1.73%.The endurance limit of the high strength link plates of 1(1/2")oil field roller chains manufactured in China using the above parameters has reached 31% of the rated breaking load of the roller chains.
摘要: 本文以1(1/2)时滚子链链板为例,介绍了挤孔提高链板疲劳性能的理论、试验结果和挤孔的参数选择。对1(1/2)时外链板,合理的挤孔参数应使孔边的环向塑性变形εθ为1.73%。采用该参数试制的1(1/2)时高强度石油滚子链的疲劳极限已达到滚子链额定破断负荷的31%。
