Abstract: A survey of ail formation casing damage in Daqing,Fuyu,Yumen,Shengli,Dagang,Yinjiang,Qinghai,fienan,Liaohe,Changqing Oil Melds has shaven the main causes to be unreasanable design of cassing strength and well structure,bad cementing,improper fixation of well head,ceznentinJ height less than required,unjustified water floading,plastic flaw of salt xock,sazzding out of unconsolidated sands,corrosion of shallow aquifers,and bad casing tube quality.Casing damage occurs in the course of oil development from the cammisianing of an ail well.Prevention of casing damage can be done by hnprovement of development and Production technology;irnprovement of well structure,czasing design,cementing and completion;good quality of cementing job,common regulatians far drilling and production personnel.

摘要： 通过大庆、扶余、玉门、胜利、大港、新疆、青海、河南、辽河、长庆等油田对油层套管损坏的调查表明,套管损坏的主要原因是:套管强度设计及计算、井身结构设计不合理,固井质量不好、井口固定不合理、油层套管封固高度过低,不合理注水开发,盐岩层“塑性流动”、疏松砂岩油层出砂挤坏套管,浅水层腐蚀及套管质量不好等.油层套管损坏是发生在油田建井开始到开发全过程中,减缓油井损坏速度和延长使用寿命的措施是:改进开发方法与采油工艺,改进新井井身结构,套管强度计算,固井封固及究井方法,保证封固质量;建立油田建井与开发两大环节之间的钻井及采油必须共同遵守的技术规程.
