Abstract: Safety in custody transfer through a cross-country pipeline remains to be a critical problem.Various failure conditions and controlling measures have been studied by means of computer simulation.The mathema-tical and physical models of safety verification for custody transfer through a cross-country pipeline were established.A general-purpose software and field tests are presented in the paper and safety precautions for custody transfer in China are discussed.

摘要： 本文用计算机模拟的方法,对密闭输油中可能出现的事故工况和控制措施进行了研究,建立了长输原油管道密闭输送安全核算的数学物理模型。介绍了通用性软件及现场试验结果,并说明在我国实现密闭输油的安全条件。
