Abstract: This paper introduces systematically formation damage in Liaohe Oilfield by drilling fluids and some completion fluids(referred as "in-well fluid" in this paper)based on simulation tests, SEM and ES test as well as field practice of more than 800 wells in nine producing test areas. It points out the source and characteristics of damage, summarizes the reason, regularity and degree of damage of some fluids, set up method of analysis by poly-item tests data and the tendency correlation and puts forward three new concepts and three technologies with the compatibility of the in-well fluid to the reservoir formation as a centre. All these are meaningful to prevent, or minimize, the formation damage of the in-well fluids.
摘要: 在大量的室内模拟实验、扫描电镜和能谱测试及九个生产试验区块800多口井试验的基础上,系统地研究了辽河油田现用钻井液及各种作业液(简称入井流体)对产层的伤害情况,找出了其伤害的根源和特点,总结出了某些作业液对产层伤害的原因、表现、规律和程度,建立了一样多项的实验方法和趋势性类比的分析方法,提出了三个新观念和以配伍性为核心的三大技术,对防止或减少入井流体对产层的伤害具有指导意义.
