Abstract: Based on the basic theory of machining large internal gear with spherical hob, the equation of profile configuration on an axial section and primary parameters are derived. The device for machining spherical hob is introduced. Practical results show that it is an ideal tool for machining large internal gears.

摘要： 本文从球形滚刀加工大型内齿轮的基本原理出发,建立了球形滚刀轴向齿形及主要参数的计算公式,介绍了加工球形滚刀的工艺装备.实践表明,球形滚刀是加工大型内齿轮的理想刀具.
