Abstract:

The classification of resources and reserves is the execution criterion in assessment and administration of oil and gas resources and reserves.It is also an important gist for constituting development and utilization program of national resources and for making the policy of resource management.At present,it is important to establish the ranking and classification systems for assessment of resources and for estimation and administration of reserves.The systems should meet the demands of assessment and management of resources and reserves in our country and also be basically connected our rail with the foreign ranking and classification systems.The international ranking and classification systems of resources and reserves were investigated,and a new ranking and classification system for assessment of oil and gas resources and reserves was presented,according to current actuality and future requirements of resource assessment,reserve estimation and administration.The new classification system has been joined with the classification history and connected with the international currency rules.

摘要：

资源-储量分级、分类是油气资源评价和储量评估与管理的执行准则,也是制定国家资源开发利用发展规划和资源管理政策的重要依据.因此,如何建立起既能满足我国对资源-储量评价管理的需求又能与国际基本接轨的资源-储量分级、分类体系,是当前我国资源评价、储量评估与管理的重要问题.通过对国际资源-储量分级、分类体系进行广泛调研,并分析我国目前资源评价和储量评估与管理现状及未来需求,提出了资源-储量分级、分类新体系,利用该分类体系,基本实现了与历史的衔接和与国际通用准则的接轨.
