Abstract: Sichuan Basin has experienced multiple phases of tectonic transitions from extension to compression since Neoproterozoic, which have profoundly influenced its tectonic framework and hydrocarbon evolution. With exploration targets extending into ancient deep-ultradeep marine strata in recent years, significant breakthroughs have been achieved in shale gas exploration of Lower Cambrian Qiongzhusi Formation in Sichuan Basin, revealing substantial resource potential. The enrichment and distribution of shale gas are governed by regional tectonic evolution. Integrating the outcrop, latest drilling well, and high-resolution three-dimensional seismic data, this study systematically analyzes the tectono-sedimentary evolution of Sichuan Basin during the sedimentary period of Qiongzhusi Formation. The results show as follows. (1) A foreland basin prototype developed on the northwestern margin of Yangtze Plate during the late sedimentary period of Qiongzhusi Formation, indicating an extensional-compressional tectonic transition. (2) Based on fault activities, sedimentary geomorphic differences, and their genetic links to regional tectonic transition, three evolutionary stages (tectonic quiescence, activation, and transition) of Qiongzhusi Formation in Ziyang area of central Sichuan Basin are defined, and a corresponding tectono-sedimentary evolutionary model is established. The findings enhance the understanding of the early basin tectonic evolution and provide guidance for deep hydrocarbon exploration in Sichuan Basin.

摘要: 四川盆地自新元古代以来经历了多期伸展与挤压构造体制的转换,深刻影响了盆地的构造格局及油气演化。近年来,随着勘探目标向深层—超深层古老海相地层拓展,四川盆地下寒武统筇竹寺组页岩气勘探取得重要进展,展现出巨大的资源潜力,其富集与分布受控于区域构造演化过程。基于野外露头、最新钻井和高精度三维地震资料,系统开展了四川盆地筇竹寺组沉积期构造-沉积演化过程研究。研究结果表明:①筇竹寺组沉积晚期,扬子板块西北缘发育前陆盆地雏形,指示该时期存在一次由伸展向挤压的构造转换事件;②依据断层活动特征、沉积地貌差异及其与区域构造应力变化的成因联系,可将川中资阳地区筇竹寺组的沉积演化划分为构造平静期、构造活跃期和构造转换期3个阶段,并建立相应的构造-沉积演化模式。研究成果对深化四川盆地早期构造演化的认识及指导深层油气勘探具有重要意义。
