Abstract: This paper introduces the noise level and its distribution at offshore production platform in China and analyzes the formation and spectral charaeteristics of noise. Noise abatement by absorption, noise vibration reduction and damping eat, and precautions in noise isolation, abatement are proposed, prediction of the sound pressure leuel after noise abatement is also given.

摘要： 本文介绍了我国海上采油平台的噪声大小及分布状况,分析了噪声的形成机理及噪声的频谱特性。在此基础上,进而提出的吸声、隔声、减振、阻尼为主要措施的治理对策,周时指出了在治理噪声过程中,应注意的事项。并预估出治理后采油平台噪声所能达到的声压级。
