Abstract:
The finite element calculation in three dimensions for strength and rigidity of the shell of a single action triplex drilling mud pump by means of SAP5 program has shown the distribution of stress and the deformation of the shell.In addition,the calculated results are compared with strain gage measurement.Calculation data are valuable for the structural design of a drilling mud pump shell.
摘要:
本文应用SAP5结构分析程序对SL3NB1600A钻井泵壳体的强度和刚度进行了三维有限元计算。获得了壳体各部位的应力和变形的分布规律。同时与应变电测法作了比较。为泵壳的设计提供了计算数据和改进意见。
