Abstract: "Cementing Computer Aid-Design and real-time Monitoring System(CCDM)" is a computer soft and hard system which can aid almost all the cementing preparation works such as optimum design,computer simulation,real-time monitoring,cementing data real-time transmission,cementing engineering data base and knowledge base after operation analyzing,inverting and so on.It can carry out all these functions on the drilling site before cementing operation,and effectively improve the quality and implement the target of balance pressure cementing that reduces the pollution to the production zones,and keeps the pressures in balance condition during the whole cementing operation.The CCDM system has been used in uabei, Xinjiang, Dagang,Sichuan,Zhongyuan,Shenli,Tuha and Nanyang Oil fields fulfilling 160 well's cementing operations and designs.

摘要: 固井计算机优化设计与实时监测系统(CCDM)是一套容固井工程优化设计、固井施工计算机模拟、固井施工实时监测、实时数据传输、固井工程数据库、知识库及固井施工后期分析、反演为一体的计算机软硬件系统.它可在基地或施工现场实现先期或实时固井模拟优化设计、现场施工实时监测、实时数据传输及实时和永久数据库管理等功能,从而有效地提高固井的成功率和固井质量,实现减少产层污染、高效顶替、整体压力平衡的平衡压力固井目的.目前,该系统已在华北、新疆、大港等八个油田应用160多口井,取得了很好的效果.
