Abstract: The value of oil and gas resources can be determined using the changeable elements of geology,geography,techniques,economy and so on.When some decisions to invest in oil exploration occurs in a petroleum company,the economic evaluation of resources needs to be done.Based on the analyses of influential elements,a model for oil and gas resources economic evaluation is given.In this model,many elements will be dealt with by mathematical means.This practical model can be used to get the value of definite oil and gas resources by calculating the net present value.

摘要： 油气资源是石油工业发展的基础,也是巨大的财富。但是由于油气资源所处的地质条件、自然条件以及技术经济条件不同,其经济价值也不同。因此,在进行油气资源勘探开发决策或制定石油企业发展规划时,必须对油气资源进行经济评价。分析了影响油气资源经济价值的经济、地质、地理、油气性质等因素,并首次考虑了技术进步对资源价值的影响。在此基础上,按照国际上通用的静现值法,通过对各种影响因素的量化处理,并结合我国实际,建立了具有可操作性的评估油气资源经济价值的数学模型。利用该模型,对西气东输的主力气田克拉2气田进行了评价.
