Abstract: In order to work out the oilfield development planning, the year-by-year planning models and solutions were set up on the basis of the five-year planning models for oilfield development and yearly forecast of natural decline rate of oil production. The relation between the annual planning model and the five-year planning model for the oilfield development planning was determined. The application of this model in the PetroChina development planning from 2001 to 2005 showed the satisfactory results.

摘要： 根据油田开发规划计划编制的需求,建立了油田开发五年规划模型,预测了产量逐年自然递减量。在此基础上,研究了五年(滚动)规划模型的逐年实施模型和规划方法,确定了滚动开发规划与年度计划的理论对应关系。中国石油2001—2005规划实际应用表明,所建立的模型具有一定科学性、可靠性和可操作性,为开发规划工作和优化投资提供了一种定量决策的方法。
