BIOLOGICAL MARKER HYDROCARBONS IN SOURCE ROCK AND CRUDE OIL OF SOME CHINESE BASINS

摘要: 前言原油和其沉积岩萃取物中的三萜烷和甾烷类化合物是众所周知的生物标记化合物,它们来源于沉积盆地中的有机母质。这些化合物的特点是它们在成岩过程中相当稳定,因而可用来区别各个不同的生油岩和原油。研究这些化合物的目的在于考察生油岩和原油以及原油和原油之间的亲缘关系,这对于原油的位移和聚积以及成熟度方面均可提供重要的资料并应用于石油勘探。近年来这种技术的应用发展非常迅速。

Abstract: Biological marker hydrocarbons were separated from source rock extracts and crude oil samples of Song-Liao,Shan-Gan-Ning,Tarim and North China basins by LC and identified mainly by GC/MS and MIKE techniques. The fingerprints of some individual triterpanes can be used to differentiate various crude oils originated from different geological basins.The source rock/ crude oil correlation based on molecular level of triterpane compounds distribution can be used to trace the migration of oil from source to reservior bed. The degree of maturity for various crude oils can be characterized by some parameters based on the ratio of stereoisomer and compounds distribution of triterpanes.Furthermore,a degraded hopane type was discovered in a heavy paphthenic oil in North China area.The degraded hopane differs from the normal hopane by the fact that it has only one methyl groups attached at C-4.
