摘要: 油气井井喷失控是高压高产气田及凝析油田在钻遇油气层时,极易发生的一种严重事故。因此,要安全快速地钻开高压油气层,让强大的油气流驯服地从地层进入输油气管道,必须慎重对待。四川盆地除陆相碎屑岩含油气层外,还有广泛的裂缝性碳酸岩地层,有较好的相互连通,构成了碳酸盐岩储集层的储渗空间,尤其是裂缝性储集层,成为四川高压高产气田形的地质基础。

Abstract: Experiences in dealing with blow-out of carbonate fractured oil and gas pools in Sichuan Province are reviewed in three parts,general description of blow-out and measures of control; principal causes of blow-out and primary steps taken for its control.Blow-outs are mostly caused by the loss of control of oil and gas flow at the well head and all the measures adopted are aimed at restoring the normal controlling functions of the well head installations.The paper has also summed up some of the experiences in the safe drilling-in of high pressure oil and gas pays,laying special emphasis on the importance of technical competence of drilling crew and strict implementation of technical instructions.
