液力传动泥浆泵的正常工作条件

摘要: 本文提出了用绘制液力传动泥浆泵工况曲线来描绘其工作情况的方法.以4500米钻机为例,从分析其泥浆泵工作情况入手,求解出液力传动泥浆泵正常工作条件是:输入泥浆泵的功率应为其额定功率的88%,从变矩器输出轴至泥浆泵输入轴之间的减速比应使变矩器最高效率点的输出转速与泥浆泵额定冲数的0.94倍相对应.

Abstract: Based on the infinite variations of pressure and displacement of mud pumps driven through torque converters and using the basic formulas for hydraulic combutations for jit drilling,this paper proposes a graphic method of describing the operating condition of mud pumps.Taking the example of a 4,500m rig,and drawing a number of charts of the working conditions of its pump at different input Hp,with different driving arrangments,the author finds that in proper jit drilling,for a converter working at maximum efficiency,the input Hp of the pump should be 88% of its rating and the average strokes 94% of its rating.
