4500米钻机提升系统静动态载荷测试的初步分析

摘要: 本文论述了对国产ZJ—45J型钻机提升系统静动态载荷进行综合测试的结果。通过计算、绘制曲线和载荷谱及验算等手段,整理分析了七个方面的测试数据:(1)判明了提升各部件的安全系数;(2)说明了提升动载(包括振动)相对于时间的变化规律、求得各动载系数;(3)证明了滚筒的角速度、角加速度与提升动载之间的关系;(4)测得了各档的实际换挡载荷,得出不同的功率储备系数;(5)根据所测提升钢丝绳的动拉力取得单滑轮效率值和游动系统效率值;(6)测定有关提升钻柱重量与柴油机转速、钻柱提升线速度的关系及300吨钩载下井架顶部下沉量等;(7)测定绞车刹带在下钻对的动拉力,判明沿刹带周边拉力的分布规律及下钻动载系数。

Abstract: This paper provides a load test program, a series of static strain-load curves and load spectrum of hoisting system of drilling rig type ZJ45J produced by our country. Experimental observation has found that all hoisting parts are safe in strength while hook load up to 350t. Except hoist link and wire rope. The hook load varies as a sinusoidl damping oscillation combined of two different freguencies in pulling out the drilling string. The higher the hoisting speed, the higreater the acceleration and dynamic hook. Practical data different from those in foreign litertures are obtained, such as dynamic load coefficient, power stoer coefficient, shiftgears load and efficiency of single pulley.These test datas and some recommendations can be used in drilling rig design and operation.
