摘要: XHP3、XHP4型长齿三牙轮钻头用硬质合金齿的破坏,主要是由热疲劳,机械疲劳和冲击负荷过大造成,齿的磨蚀并不突出,通常以磨粒磨损形式出现,并由于热疲劳而加速。文中扼要叙述了具有良好抗热疲劳、机械疲劳和抗冲击负荷的XHP3,XHP4型牙轮钻齿材质的研制工艺,以及牙轮各部位钻齿依据其受力状态,破坏、磨损形式进行了不同材质及齿形的处理。

Abstract: Test results have proved that the fractures in the long-tooth tricone carbide bits of XHP3 and XHP4 types for oil drilling are mainly caused by heat fatigue, mechanical fatigue and excessive impact load, abrasion of teeth being not prominent, and that most defects take the form of abrasive wear of particles, generally aggravated by heat fatigue. A description is given in the paper of the development of a new technology for making the cone bits which are resistant to heat fatigue, mechanical fatigue and impact load and of the treatment of the different parts of the bits according to the duties they are called on to perform.
