摘要: 在55℃~100℃的温度区间内,分别研究了在水热体系Na2O/Al2O3/SiO2/H2O中加入晶化导向剂及加入NaX型沸石作为晶种,这两种不同的条件下,NaY型沸石的成核及晶体成长过程,并求得了表观成核活化能及表观晶体成长活化能。在32℃时考察了NaY型沸石晶化导向剂及相应的晶化导向剂凝胶液相和凝胶固相的导向活性随老化时间的变化,并对晶化导向剂导向作用机制进行了初步的探讨。实验结果表明,在较长的老化时间内晶化导向剂凝胶液相的导向活性优于晶化导向剂本身。

Abstract: The process of nucleation and crystal growth of NaY zeolite is studied with the addition into the hydrothermal system Na2O/Al2O3/SiO2/H2O of crystallization directing agent or NaX zeolite as seed crystal over the temperature range 55℃~100℃,and the apparent activation energy for nucleation and crystal growth is calculated.As NaX zeolite can grow at the surface of NaX crystal,the activation energy of nucleation decreases sharply in the presence of NaX zeolite as seed crystal.Alumino-silicate gel is used as crystallization directing agent in the experiments.Changes with aging time of the directing activity of the gel itself and the gel in liquid-phase and solid-phase are examined at 32℃,together with the mechanism of the formation of NaY zeolite in the presence of the crystallization directing agent.The results of experiments show that the directing activity of alumino-silicate gel in liquid-phase excels that of tbe gel itself.
