摘要: 本文应用光弹性应力“冻结”法研究受内压厚壁容器内壁具有纵向半椭圆裂缝时的应力强度因子.探讨了单裂缝与均布多裂缝情况下,裂缝深度、裂缝形状,厚壁筒壁率、裂缝数目等特性参量对裂缝尖端附近奇异场的影响.本文还讨论了具有环向局布(即非均布)半椭圆形多裂缝时复合强度因子及其计算方法.并试对具有环向均布多裂缝时应力强度因子的计算做了近似分析.

Abstract: The stress intensity factor KI for semielliptical cracks in internally pres-surized thickwall vessels has been studied with the photoelastic "freczing" method.The effect of crack depth,crack shape,wall thickness ratio,the number of cracks etc.on singular stress field near the crack tip is investig-ated.Mixed mode stress intensity factors(KI and K) for multiple semi-elliptical cracks of unequal circular distribution pattern and the method of calculation are also discussed and an approximate analysis of(KI)c·n is attempted.
