谐振式机械振动间歇反应装置及其传质特性

摘要: 研制的一种谐振式高压管弹式反应器,其振动频率为600~1200次/分,连续可调,振幅为15~25毫米.采用流化沙浴加热器可使反应物料以约200℃/分的速度升温,用水急冷其降温速度为600℃/分.用噻吩催化加氢脱硫反应为典型反应研究了三相床(浆化床)内的扩散一反应动力学过程,特别是沉积及扩散阻力的清除问题.研究结果表明:当反应管内加入一个钢球或金属网笼子时,当振动频率在860次/分以上时可以有效地消除气液,液固扩散的影响,从而为气液固催化反应的本征动力学研究提供了有力的工具.

Abstract: A new type of tubing bomb reactor-resonant reactor has been designed.It can be operated under hydrogen pressure up to 150 atm and vibrated at a frequency of 600 to 1200 cpm with an amplitude of 15-25 mm.With the help of a fluidized sand bath,the reactor can be heated from room temper-ature to 300℃ at a speed of about 200℃/min,and it can be cooled down from reaction to ambient temperature by water quench at a speed of about 600℃/min.By using the catalytic hydrodesulfurization of thiophene as a model re-action,the diffusion-reaction model in slurry bed,especially the effect of deposit and diffusion,was studied.It was observed that when a steel ball or a metal cage was in the reactor tube and the frequency was higher than 860 cpm,the effect of diffusion both from gas to liquid and from liquid to solid could be eliminated effectively.So this reactor is thought to be a po-werful tool for studying the intrinsic kinetics in slurry bed system.
