定向井固井注水泥顶替效率研究

摘要: 本文依据非牛顿流体力学和两相管流力学理论,研究了定向井固井注水泥顶替效率问题。理论分析和实验结果是:对于定向井偏心环空注水泥情况,套管不居中是影响顶替效率的一个重要因素,但它不是唯一的、起决定性作用的因素。有时套管居中解决得很好,可是顶替效率和固井质量不见得高。所以,提高定向井偏心环空注水泥顶替效率的问题最终可归结为泥浆、水泥浆流变学问题。影响偏心环空注水泥顶替效率的关键因素是泥浆、水泥浆的动塑比和顶替流动压力梯度。通过优选泥浆、水泥浆性能参数和顶替流动的水力参数可以抵消套管偏心对顶替效率的影响,优选参数的数学模式可用本文的式(5)。此外,定向井固井时很难实现套管居中。固井施工中,与其扶正套管,不如再适当拉大套管扶正器安放间距,让扶正器之间的套管段呈斜置或弯曲状态,使偏心环空间隙具有三维不均匀性,从而使井中泥浆、水泥浆呈二、三维流动状态。泥浆、水泥浆的这种流动状态可以减小或消除偏心环空中的滞流区,有利于提高顶替效率。

Abstract: The study of cementing displacement efficiency in directional wells has been carried out in the light of the theories of non-Newtonian fluid and two phase pipe flow mechanics.Theoretical analysis and experimental study showed that in the case of cementing in an eccentric annulus of directional wells,uncentralized casing is an important factor of displace-ment efficiency,but not the single,decisive one.Sometimes,well centralized casing did not result in high displacement efficiency and good cementing quality.Cementing displacement.may depend on the rheology of drilling muds and cement slurries.The key factors are the ratios of yield point to plastic viscosity of both drilling muds and cement slurries and the pressure gradient of displacement flow.Poor centralization of the casing may be counterbalanced by optimizing the rheological properties of drilling muds and cement slurries and the hydraulic properties of displacement flow as well.Equation(5)in this paper may be used as a mathematical mdel for optimizing these properties.In addition,it is difficult to centralize the casing in the process of cementing operation,so we would rather increase the distance between casing centralizers to make the casing between two centralizers inclined or curved and keep non-uniformity of the eccentric annulus in three dimensions than trying to centralize the casing.Under this condition,drilling muds and cement slurries are appeared to be a three dimensional flow,which can reduce and eliminate the hold-up zone,thus improving displacement in cementing.
