钻柱纵向受迫振动的广义传递矩阵法

摘要: 钻柱纵向受迫振动的研究在钻柱的三种振动形态中最为重要。本文建立了能更真实反映钻柱系统的纵向受迫振动模型,此模型适合于任意组合钻柱。分析钻柱各种能量损耗后,给出钻柱纵向振动时的阻尼系数计算公式。根据钻柱纵向受迫振动的特点,本文提出广义状态向量的新概念,并且用此向量描述钻柱的振动状态。用广义传递矩阵方法研究钻柱纵向受迫振动的一般规律,克服了直接求问题的解析解存在的困难。文章给出计算任意组合钻柱系统的纵向受迫振动的稳态响应的一般公式和不同测量条件下求状态向量的不同途径。

Abstract: Forced longitudinal vibration of a drill string is the most important one in its three kinds of vibration.This paper sets up a general model of forced longitudinal vibration to approximate more closely the real situation.This model is suitable for any drill string assembly.The analysis of all kinds of energy loss leads to the formulas for computing the damping factor of longitudinal vibration of a drill string.On the basis of the characteristics of forced longitudinal vibration,the paper suggests a new concept of generalized state vector,which enables us to describe the vibration of a drill string.The generalized transfer matrix method is used to compute the forced longitudinal vibration,thus eliminating the need of analytical solution.The generalized formulas used for computing the steady-state response of forced longitudinal vibration of any drill string assembly is given,and appropriate ways for computing the state vector under different measurement conditions are proposed.
