海上石油平台缺陷容限的评定

摘要: 对于钢制结构来说,可能存在着各类不同的缺陷。因此应基于“合于使用”的原则确立对缺陷的验收值。本研究采用宽板拉伸试验以我国两种石油平台用钢A131和A537为例对英国BS6235所规定的最大允许焊缝缺陷参量值进行了校验。同时对校验技术给出了结论、对于A131钢和A537钢在给定的设计αmax情况下其断裂时的应变值分别为5.57%和4.17%。它们明显地高于有关方程在应力集中系数为10、设计应力为0.6倍屈服限。预载应力为0.8倍屈服应力条件下的宽板拉伸应变值1~2%。

Abstract: It is necessary to establish an acceptable level for possible defects in steel structures on the basis of "fitness for purpose".In accordance with BS 6235,code of practice for fixed offshore structures,for a given stress or strain level the COD test can be used to determine the maximum tolerable flaw size using the procedure proposed in PD 6493.Besides the equations of fracture toughness,defect and applied strain,this code also recommends a tolerable defect parameter αmax=B/4 for a thickness of B≤50mm.In this paper the allowable flaw size in welded joint specified by BS 6235-82 is examined by means of wide plate test for two steels A131 and A537,which are commonly used for offshore structures in China.Tes-ting technology is described in detail and the useful conclusions are given also,i.e.,the strains corresponding to fracture are 5.57% for A131 steel and 4.17% for A537 steel respectively at -40℃.They are higher than the strain predicted by the equation for a wide plate under conditins: SCF (Kt)=10,design stress σ=0.6σs,and preloading stress σP=0.8σs.
