摘要: 套筒型钻井方位控制器能够有效地控制井眼方位角的变化.它可以抵抗地层的自然漂移作用,得到稳方位钻进或小幅度扭方位的效果,避免或减少使用井下动力钻具进行扭方位纠偏的操作,这样既节省钻井成本,又能提高井身质量,它的研制成功,为解决定向井转盘钻井控制方位角变化率提供了一种有效的专用工具.文中论述了套筒型钻井方位控制器的运功机理,并对其钻具组合进行了理论分析,同时介绍了六个油田六十多次的试验试用情况.实践证明,它的功能与国外同类产品“浆片式变向器”相比,具有较大的优越性.

Abstract: This paper gives an analsis of BHA with shell-type azimuth controller which can be used effectively and reliably in a com0entional rotary drilling assembly to correct the azimuth or to counteract the formation walking tendency to maintain the angle in dizoectional drilling.Numerous field runs has been carried out in more than 60 wells in sii fields in China.The results are quite encouraging.With an average correcting ability of 1.5/30m measured depth.As compared with the cost of using a downhole mud motor and orientation tool,the cost saving would be considerable.
