取代度对CMC溶液性质及泥浆性能的影响

摘要: 本文合成了六个不同取代度(DS)的CMC样品,用X-光衍射法估算了样品的结晶度.用浊度滴定法研究了外加盐对CMC在水中溶解性的影响,发现NaCl、KCl和MgCl2都不能使CMC沉淀,而在CaCl2和SrCl2溶液中,DS越高的CMC越易沉淀,且不受分子量的影响,沉淀是通过M2+CMC分子间交联而发生的.研究了CMC水溶液的流变性能,发现表观粘度η.随DS增加而下降,加入盐后,η.均有所降低,尤其是DS低的CMC下降幅度更大,CMC处理泥浆的流变性能和失水量测定结果表明,无论在无盐与有盐体系,加入分子量大且DS较高的CMC,均能提高处理泥浆的η.、η,和τ.,降低其失水量.

Abstract: A series of carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) Samples with a degree of substitution (DS) from 0.48 to 1.86 were synthesized and their crystallity is estimated by X-ray diffraction. The effect of added salt on the solubility of CMC in water was investigated by the turbidimetric titration method. In NaCl, KC1 and MgCl2 solution, CMC did not precipitate. In CaCl2 and SrCl2 solution it was found that the higher the DS of CMC the easier the phase separetion. The M. W. of CMC had no effect on the precipitation. The phase separation was caused by the intermolecular association of CMC chains through M2+. The rheological behavior of CMC aqueous solution was also investigated, The apparent viscosity (ηa ) of CMC solution increases with decreasing DS in the system without added salt and drops down when salt was added particularly in the case of the CMC of low DS. The measurments of rheological curve and water-loss of CMC-treated mud indicats that in either free or added salt system, the η, plastic viscosity (ηp), yield value (τo) are larger for CMC with higher M.W. and DS, and the efficiency of controlling the water-loss of the treated mud is also higher.
