用功率曲线法判断和调整抽油机的平衡

摘要: 利用功率曲线法,可以分析、判断抽油机的平衡状况和调整平衡半径.当抽油机功率平衡率小于70%时,可按本文给出的调整平衡位置的公式进行计算.平衡块位置调整后,可使功率平衡率获得满意的效果.功率曲线法与惯用的电流法和扭矩法相比,具有节电显著、平衡调整准确、现场推广容易等优点.使用功率曲线判断抽油机的平衡状况和调整抽油机的平衡半径是很方便的,与电流曲线法相比,能获得更可靠的经济效益.

Abstract: The electric power characteristics of a pumping unit can be used to analyze the state of balance and adjust the counterbalance weight. When the ratio-of-balance of power characteristics is less than 70%,the radial position of the counterbalance weight can be adjusted according to the equation recommended in this paper.Compared with electric current and torque method, power characteristics has the advantages of significant power saving,accurate adjustment and easy for field use.
