海洋平台钢的接头强度匹配对焊缝金属疲劳裂纹扩展行为的影响

摘要: 在我国,海洋平台钢A131和A537均用LB-52NS焊条焊接,因而这两种材料焊接接头的强度匹配不同.本研究结果表明,A131和A537接头的强度匹配差对LB-52NS焊缝金属的门槛值应力强度因子范围ΔKth没有影响,对其常规和海水腐蚀的疲劳裂纹扩展速率无显著影响.用A131或A537母材的试验结果估计LB-52NS焊缝金属的ΔKth和d/dN将得到偏于安全的结果.

Abstract: The LB-52NS electrode is used in our country to weld both A131 and A537 offshore platform steel,so the strength matching of their welded joints is different.This paper's shows that the strength matching difference between A131 and A537 joint has no influence on the "K" value,the range of the threshold of stress strength factor of the LB-52NS welding metal,and no marked influence on its fatigue crack growth rate under normal and sea water corrosion conditions.A result tend tO be on the safe side could be obtained if the testing results of A131 or A537 base metal were used to estimate the "K" and da/dN of LB-52NS weld metal.
