以系统效率为目标函数优选抽油机井抽汲参数

摘要: 本文以大量的现场测试数据为基础,建立了抽油机井排量系数、井下功率损失及地面效率的回归方程;提出了一种单井流入特性曲线的修正方法.建立了以系统效率为目标函数的抽油机井抽汲参数优化设计模塑,并编制了相应的计算机软件系统,该软件系统在抽油机井的现场试验中得到了验证.利用该软件系统对抽油机井抽汲参数进行优化设计,可保证抽油机井在高系统效率下运行,对于抽油机井节能有积极意义.

Abstract: On the basis of a large number of field data, the regression equations of displacement coefficient, down-hole power loss and surface efficiency for pumping wells are established. Amethod is proposed to correct the inflow characteristic curve of pumping wells. Amodel of optimization design of the suction parameters of pumping wells is established with system effieiency as an objective function, and a computer program is developed. Practical application indicates the effectiveness of the program. wells could produce at a high system efficiency, which is also of significance for energy saving.
