往复泵─管路液力系统动态特性研究

摘要: 本文用传递矩阵的方法建立了描述往复泵-管路液力系统流体动力特性方程,井导出了各子系统的传递矩阵.该方程综合考虑了空气包、泵阀的动态特性以及不同管路、液缸间压力的相互影响.研究和计算结果表明,该方程全面地、接近实际地反映了往复泵工作过程中液体的动态特性,从而替代以往的、建立在伯努利方程基础上的往复泵液力系统、用于泵实际工作过程的动态特性分析计算方法.

Abstract: This paper establishes a fluid dynamic equation for a reciprocating pump-piping hydraulic system with the transfer matrix method and deduces all the transfer matrixes of the subsystems.This equation reflects the fluid dynamic behaviors of the system comprehensively and practically because it considers the dynamic properties of the air-chamber and valves,the effect of different pipings and fluid pressure in hydraulic cylinders.This equation can substitutes, previous methods based on the Bernoulli equation to analyze and calculate the dynamic behavior of practical working process of the pump.
