表面活性剂驱油体系中各种化学剂测定方法的研究

摘要: 建立了一套比较完整的测定强化采油中表面活性剂驱油用油田化学剂的技术.用单柱离子色谱法,测定油田水中的碱金属离子Na+、K+和碱土金属离子Ca2+、Mg2+,可分别在20min和10min之内完成;动态吸附试验中石油磺酸盐含量的测定,可用短柱快速离子交换色谱法,进样量为1μl,每小时可完成40次分析;用多维高效液相色谱法测定采出液中的微量石油磺酸时,可在20min内将原油与单磺酸基和双磺酸基石油磺酸盐很好地分离,并可对后者分别进行定性定量分析;用流动注射分析法测定聚丙烯酰胺的浓度时,以新洁尔灭作为反应试剂,最小检出浓度为25mg/L,每小时可分析60个样品;驱油体系中的聚丙烯酰胺,也可用凝胶渗透色谱法进行测定,5min内完成一次分析,最小可检出浓度为1mg/L;采用毛细管气相色谱法测定助剂醇的浓度时,最小检出浓度为10mg/L.

Abstract: A series of methods to determine oilfield chemicals used in oil recovery were set up.Thealkali metal and alkali earth metal cations in the oilfield water can be separated in 20 and 10minutes respectively by single column ion chromatography.The petroleum sulfonate concen-tration for dynamic adsorption test can be determined by high speed liquid chromatographywith a short column.Only one μl of sample is required for each analysis and 40 samples canbe run in one hour.Petroleum sulfonate in crude oil are measured by multi-dimensionalHPLC. Crude oil,mono-and di-sulfonates can be separated in 40 minutes.The polyacrylamideis analyzed by flow injection analysis,using benzalkonium bromide(N-dodecy1-N,N-dimethylbenzylammonium bromide)as a reaction agent,it's minimum detectable concehtration is 25mg/L and 60 samples can be analyzed in one hour.The polyacrylamide could also be determined bv GPC. It takes only 5 minutes for each analvsis and the minimum detectable concen-tration is 1 mg/L. The alcohol can be determined by capillary gas chromatography. The mini-mum detectable concentration is 10 mg/L.
