海洋平台用钢A537与温度相关的疲劳裂纹扩展

TEMPERATURE RELATED CRACK PROPAGATION IN OFFSHORE PLATFORM STEEL A537

摘要: 用断裂力学研究了常幅载荷作用下A537钢在238K、273K和303K三个不同温度下的疲劳裂纹扩展特性.发现裂纹的扩展速率与试验温度密切相关,其相关关系满足Yokobori公式.试验结果集中在裂纹扩展图上曲线的交点,作为疲劳裂纹扩展的一个临界值,该点意义重大,本文对此进行了详细分析.对不同温度下疲劳裂纹的断口作了宏观和微观分析,发现宏观断口表面与温度密切相关,而微观形貌表现出相同的微空洞聚结的叠波断裂;说明三个温度下均为延性断裂.

Abstract: The crack propagation characteristics of offshore platform steel A5 37,under constantloads,are studied at 238K,273K and 303K,using fracture mechanics.The relationship of fa-tigue crack growth rate with temperatures are determined and described by Yolobori Formu-la.Apivot point on the FCP diagram of steeI A537 is found and analyzed in detail.The frac-ture surfaces are observed under a scanning electron microscope,showing that the fracture ofsteel A537 under all the testing temperatures takes the form of microvoid coalescence,whichcharacterizes ductile fracture.
