大港油田土壤腐蚀模型研究

摘要: 在大港油田3500km2范围内用计算机聚类分析法布置20多个埋片试验点,经一年埋设后用A3钢标准试片的平均腐蚀失重和最大点蚀数据作为土壤腐蚀性的二种评价指标,并和土壤理化测试数据一起进行模式识别,因子分析等分析处理,总结影响土壤腐蚀的主要因素,以这些因素组合建立土壤腐蚀模型,用来定量评价大港土壤的腐蚀等级.作为应用,预测了全区土壤腐蚀等级,讨论了大港土壤的腐蚀机理.

Abstract: The whole process of study on soil corrosion models in Dagang oilfield is demonstrated in the present paper.Within an area of 3500km2,about 20 disposal sites for soil corrosion test have been designed by a computer-based cluster analysis method.Then,after one-year in-situ corrosion test,both the average corrosion weightlessness and the maximum pitting corrosion depth of A3 steel standard coupons at each site have also been measured as the indexes of soil corrosivity.These indexes,together with soil physical-chemical properties,are treated by pattern recognition and factor analysis to determine the key parameters of soil corrosivity.Finally,four kinds of corrosion models have been established to evaluate the soil corrosivity quantitatively.As the results of an application,the soil corrosivity of the whole area is predicted to give a form of soil,corrosion map,as well as the mechanism of underground corrosion in Dagang oilfield is recognized.
