油气集输管线中气液两相团状流

摘要:

针对油气集输管线中气液两相团状流的流动机理和特点,将每一段塞单元划分为带液层的气塞区和液塞区两个区域.对气塞区,采用分流模型建立了其水力计算模型;对液塞区,采用均流模型建立了其水力计算模型,并用实验数据关联了液塞区气液混合物的沿程阻力系数与雷诺数之间的相关式.通过气塞区和液塞区水力计算模型的结合,给出了团状流的水力计算模型.经大庆油田12井次实际生产数据检验,该水力计算模型所预测的压力梯度比传统的按流动状态所预测的压力梯度更符合实际值.

Abstract:

Based on the flow mechanism rind performance of gas-liquid two phase plug flow in oil-gas gathering line,a slug unit are divided into both gas slug region with liquid film and liquid slug region.For gas slug region,based on the separated flow nude),the predicting pressure gradient made(is given.For liquid slug region,the predicting pressure gradient model is obtained by means of homogeneous model,and the correlation between friction factor and Reynolds number of gas-liquid mixture in the liquid slug region are given by experimental data.The predicting pressure gradient model of plug flow is given,through the combination of predieting pressure gradient models of gas slug region and liquid slug region.The comparison between calculated results and Daqing oil field data from 12 pipelines indicated that the proposed method for predicting pressure gradient in this paper is more accurate than the traditional one.
